Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
    • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships, to generate leads and convert them into customers.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential customers through market research, lead generation tools, and networking.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions aimed at attracting new customers.
  3. Sales Funnel Management:

    • Manage the entire customer acquisition process, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales funnel.
    • Implement and optimize customer acquisition workflows to maximize conversion rates.
  4. Relationship Building:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to onboarding.
  5. Data Analysis:

    • Analyze customer acquisition metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
    • Provide regular reports to the management team on acquisition performance and trends.
